We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, color preference, or buyer's remorse. If you receive the wrong item, a defective item, or an item damaged before delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit.
